Pac Choi Hanakan
This pac choi is white stemmed and delicately flavoured
Nutritional Values; Contains Vitamin A , Folate and is a good source of Vitamin C .
Also Vitamin K .Low in Kcalories and high in fibre. Cruciferous vegetables also
contain Indoles thought to help prevent breast cancer These leaves also contain
the phytochemicals , carotenoids.
These nutrients are at their optimum levels when they are picked fresh from
your tower and used as quickly as possible.
Recipe; 2 heads of Pac choi cut into half lengthwise .Steam foe 5 minutes of cook
in chicken stock for 5 minutes .
Mix one tablespoon of sweet chilli dipping sauce with one tablespoon of terriaki
sauce
Pour over the pac choi and serve .
Goes well with duck

You can select three different type of growing medium. By default they will be grown in rockwool but if you want another medium for a different system please select. All three types will work in a TowerGarden.
