Shipping Information
We deliver throughout the UK to everywhere except the Scottish Highlands, the channel islands, Northern Ireland and the republic of Ireland. We can arrange for delivery to these areas for an additional cost.

TowerGarden Deliveries:
Deliveries of TowerGarden units take approximately 7 working days from receipt of funds. All delivery prices are included in the price of either the unit or the other products ordered.

Delivery Times
All UK delivery is based upon a two-day delivery service. Orders placed on a Friday will be despatched on a Monday/Tuesday (due to the nature of living seedlings). We can offer a Next Day Delivery service, please request in the notes section and we will confirm via return whether it is possible. We do not deliver on Sundays. The package will arrive Monday to Saturday between 9 am - 5 pm and will need someone to sign for it.

Delivery Prices
Delivery Prices for England Wales and Lower Scotland:
- All parcels with up to 18 seedlings - £4.95 Royal mail signed for.
- All parcels with more than 18 seeds or other items will cost £6.95 and be delivered by DPD, next day courier
- Pre 9 am next day delivery charge - £14 (additional to above cost)
- Pre 10.30 am next day delivery charge - £8 (additional to above cost)
- Saturday morning delivery charge - £21

Delivery Day Choice
Please add a requested delivery date in the notes section when processing the order and we will deliver upon that day or as close to it as is feasible.
Christmas delivery date:
The last order date for definite pre-Christmas delivery is 20th December. We will do our best to get them out after that but can't guarantee it.
Due to the volume increase in December, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery date by two to three days. We will always do our utmost to deliver products in time for Christmas day but can not be held accountable for adverse weather conditions. If there is an issue we will contact you to confirm and will offer a full refund upon booking.

Signature for delivery:
All parcels require a signature upon receipt and need to be checked for breakages before signature.

Delivery to Hospitals, Universities and other institutions:
We are more than happy to deliver to these hospitals and universities but please contact the hospital beforehand to identify their postal facility and confirm that they accept parcels. We can not be held liable for any problems arising from individual cases. Our courier service is only capable of delivering the appropriate goods in section. We want your products to arrive in the best condition - therefore any orders received from on Thursday-Sunday will be sent first thing on Monday morning. This will avoid any hampers being in transit over the weekend.

Incorrect delivery addresses:
Please make sure that the address that you give for delivery is completely correct and includes the postcode and full delivery address. If a package is returned due to errors in address, delivery will be charged to resend.
