Teejay and I (well, mainly Teejay) put together a superbly healthy smoothie, ripe for the start of 2022.
1 granny Smith Apple,
1 Tablespoon of Flax seeds,
1 Tablespoon of hemp seeds,
1 juice plus vegetable capsule,
1 half a bag of frozen pineapple (250g)
1 half a bag of frozen mango (250g)
1 celery stick,
Half a cucumber,
2 Handfulls of kale
1 Juice Plus vege capsules.
