To much produce, what to do!

If you've got the same problem I have, you can't keep up with the amount of growth, rather than the other way round! Tower Garden Home is incredibly good for certain herbs, in my case the Flat leaf Parsley. It's a bruiser, both in growth and in forcing me to use it in dishes that blatantly shouldn't have it! I'm waking up having dreamt of Parsley Pavlova, it's not healthy!

One incredibly useful way to use up herbs and produce something that speeds up cooking is to freeze them in ready to go cubes of olive oil. Use an ice cube tray, chop up the herbs in whatever varieties you want and whack them in the freezer.

It's just so easy to do and makes cooking an absolute breeze. You can also use butter if you wish, add dried herbs etc.
